We use a CAD display of the ports you desire from a properly
ported cylinder. The specifications for these ports have already been determined
through a long process of software design and hands on testing. We will clean
the head, polish the combustion chamber, re-design the intake and exhaust which
will give you the most reliable port job available with serious hp and torque
gains
The power is in the cylinder head. High priced cranks,
cams, and carbs will not do you any good if the air fuel
mixture can not flow through the intake port, then out the
exhaust port. The combination of a good port job with the
other modifications will help you to produce the most power.
Without a good port job you will not have the substantial
gains that you could obtain.
This Includes Intake Matching & Exhaust Header
Matching. The Valves Will Be Lapped To The Seats.
Includes: Bowl Blending, Exhaust Polishing, &
Castings Flaws Removal. We remove only the material
that needs to be removed. The more velocity
that is created the more air/fuel mixture that is
naturally force into the cylinder. Which means more
torque and horse power at the same rpm
